Teaching

Teaching has been an important part of my practice since 2002.

My areas of specialization include: Video Art, Performance, Installation, Time-Based Work in Contemporary Art, Critical Theories of the 20th Century Avant Garde, Feminist Theory, Experimental Theater, and Dance.

I have taught digital video and installation, performance, and led critique (both grad crit and undergraduate honors) at UC Santa Barbara.  I have taught performance at ArtCenter.  At UC Irvine, I taught art theory and history, and developed a new course in performance and digital media.
